Closing Ceremony of “Nran Hatik” festival

    On October 30, 2015 the closing ceremony of “Nran hatik” youth theatrical festival took place at the Shirakatsi Lyceum. This year the headline of the festival was “Revival” and it was devoted to the 100th centennial of Armenian Genocide. The atmosphere of the hall was filled with excitement. All the participants, audience members and organizers were both happy and sad as the end of this beautiful celebration was near.
The curtains opened and the president of “Nakhabem” association greeted the guests, the audience members, all the organizers, the administration of Anania Shirakatsi Lyceum and the editorial stuff of “Kanch” newspaper, After that everyone stood up for the national anthem of Armenian Republic. Lusine’ Torosyan from the Ministry of Culture greeted the audience members and the guests and presented the president of “Nakhabem” association Garik Ghazarian, president of “Nran hatik” festival Arusiak Mantashian and “Nakhabem” association board member Gevorg Babakhanyan with certificates and “Grigor Narekatsi” medals for the 15th anniversary of the festival, for expending its range and for cultural work they do with the children from different districts of Armenia. The art director of theatrical troupe “Siron” of school №1 from town Masis Arshak Ghazaryan was presented with certificates of Ministry of Culture. Afterwards the organizers of the event presented the troupes with statuettes “Flight”, certificates for the participation in “Nran hatik” festival and books from The Embassy of USA in Armenia. Addresses of appreciation were given to the director of Anania Shirakatsi Lyceum Ashot Alikhanyan and the director of “Zeitoon” cultural center Sophia Kirakosian. After the official closing ceremony the audience enjoyed the beautiful dance of “Bemel “S” studio’s dancers. The number was called “The Dance of Pomegranate: Uzundara”.
At the end of ceremony the art director of “Bemel “S” theatrical studio Sargis Nikoghosyan surprised everyone with beautiful fireworks. People said their farewells to the “Nran hatik 2015” festival accompanied by the anthem of the festival- the song “Tatron”.
“Nran hatik” will be continued…
