Many readers gathered in the library hall to celebrate the birth of a new book embracing various poems about love, homeland, nature, patriotism, etc. The author of the book is lawyer-poet Nor-Ayr /Norayr Hakobyan/. Library director and Honored Figure of Culture of Armenian Republic Hasmik Karapetyan had an opening speech confirming the day’s hero was very anxious before the event and felt as if “he was going to be present at his own child’s birth.” Editor, public speaker, poet, journalist Hakob Srapyan also presented the book marking that an author is a crusader for justice, his gaze penetrating to the bottom of reality. Many others such as the director of Ministry of Foreign Affairs Department Tigran Sahakyan, a lawyer Hovik Sukiasyan, the chief specialist of the Legal Department Hasmik Manukyan had their welcoming speeches and Hasmik Manukyan presented a pen and a souvenir Kamancha to the author, wishing that the author's poems turned into a melody. Here in this beautiful evening inspired by poetry the palette further was enriched by actresses Gayane Samvelyan, Arsineh Navasardyan and actor Sarkis Vartanian's interpretation of the poetry reading. After warm greetings by the guests the author expressed his gratitude to the readers, modestly repeating. “ I'm not a writer, if God gives a life full of emotions, feelings, a little bit of anger, I assure you I will put them on the paper, but I'm not a writer, I'm a lawyer ... ‘’ At the end of this beautiful event following fine guitar melodies readers and guests were brought to Isahakyan Park where musician-composers Vahe Kochar and Ruben Dalaqyan performed the author's poems which had turned into songs.
