Meeting with Abraham Sahakyan

    On May 6, 2015 at the YCCL a meeting with writer Abraham Sahakyan took place. The host of the event was art critic Suzanna Piloyan. Some works of the writer were presented by actress Gayane’ Samvelyan and actor, freedome fighter, Honorary Artist of Armenian Republic Amiran Galstian. The man of the day and the guests were greeted by literary critic Tigran Sargsyan, the Head of the YCCL CNCO Hasmik Karapetyan, pedagogue Gohar Sargsyan and others. A musical number was presented by singer, songwriter Madlen Asryan.She performed Armenian folk songs “Majkal Es, Bezaradz Es”, “Dle Yaman”, “Gharabaghi Horovel”. At the end of the event a speech was made by Abraham Sahakyan, who thanked the library for organizing such a warm and beautiful meeting.
