    On October 13 at the City Central Library after Av. Isahakyan took place the presentation of Ler Kamsar’s book entitled “A Prison Diary” translated into Russian by Mher Yenokyan. Director of the City Central Library after Av. Isahakyan Hasmik Karapetyan addressed a welcoming speech. Mher Yenokyan’s literary activity was presented by Armenologist, film critic, historian, author of dictionaries, candidate of philological sciences Artsvi Bakhchinyan. Ler Kamsar’s granddaughter Vanuhi Tovmasyan, Mher Yenokyan’s mother Varduhi Ohanyan, Chairman of Helsinki Committee of Armenia, human rights defender Avetik Ishkhanyan, Karine Martirosyan and others delivered speeches.
