    On July 20 at the City Central Library after Av. Isahakyan took place the presentation of engineer Felix Danielyan’s book, titled as “Chaos and harmony: Metamorphoses of 2008-2015”, who is also the author of calendar “All in good time ”. The opening speech was given by the deputy director of scientific branch of the City Central Library Ruzanna Araqelyan. During his speech the author mentioned that the newest model of management of state affairs to the prevailing common typical situation of the specified time cell is given in terms of self-management and management as a domain of science.
