Game-competition: "My France"


    At the City Central Library after Av. Isahakyan, within the framework of the "Days of Francophonie in Armenia" program, on the initiative of the "Francophonie Center" section was organized a game-competition entitled "My France".The event was opened with a welcoming speech by Karine Mehrabyan, Deputy Director for Scientific Works of the Isahakyan Library, Chairman of the Competition Committee.She stressed the importance of the "Days of Francophonie in Armenia" program, within the framework of which the Isahakyan Library is organizing the current event.The "Olympus" educational complex, Yerevan Basic School No. 162 named after Siamanto, Yerevan Basic schools No. 56 after Stepan Zoryan took part in the game-competition.
The participating teams came up with a proper knowledge of France during competition.
The team of school N 56 after Stepan Zoryan won the game-competition, which was awarded a diploma and a collection of valuable books as a gift from the library. The teams of "Olympus" educational complex high school and N 162 school after Siamanto received certificates of participation. The game-competition really served its purpose, it contributed to the enrichment of the young readers' knowledge about the historical culture of France, as well as to the promotion of the cultural friendship of the Armenian-French people.
