    On October 4, at 11 am, in the frame of events devoted to the Day of Libraries, the City Central Library after Av. Isahakyan will host a virtual meeting with sister libraries in Saint Petersburg and Moscow. The topic of discussion is “Public libraries and prospects of its development in the 21st century”.
